Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the DC Inside Exporter browser extension, website and related services (the “Service”) provided by Creole AI, a sole proprietorship operated by Muhuan Li, Hong Kong (“Creole AI”, “we”). By installing or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
DC Inside Exporter lets you export gallery posts you can already access in your own browser session and download them locally (JSON/CSV). Attachment links may expire. We do not guarantee compatibility with future changes made by DC Inside.
3. No affiliation
DC Inside Exporter is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by DC Inside or its operators. Names and marks of that platform are used only to describe compatibility.
4. Your responsibilities
You may export only content you are authorized to access and use. You must comply with applicable laws, the terms of any platform whose content you access, and others’ privacy. You will not use the Service to harass, infringe rights, or circumvent security or usage limits. Use of third-party platforms through the Service may risk restrictions on your account there; you use the Service at your own risk.
5. Plans, billing and renewals
Free and paid plans, prices and limits are shown on this website and in the extension. Paid plans are sold through Paddle as merchant of record. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled; cancel anytime from the extension’s management link, effective at period end. Lifetime is a one-time payment for the stated Pro limits while we offer the Service. Taxes shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy (14-day refund).
6. Intellectual property
We own the Service software, branding and documentation. You keep rights to your content and exported files. We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension under these terms.

8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may update plan limits or prices for future periods with reasonable notice.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant complete or error-free exports or uninterrupted service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Creole AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of accounts/access on third-party platforms; total liability is limited to amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.
11. Termination
You may stop anytime. We may suspend or terminate for breach or abuse. Surviving sections survive termination.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: dcx@creoleai.com.
